Where is the studio located?

We are conveniently located in Morrill’s Corner at the corner of Forest and Bishop, across from ScrubaDub and next to McDonalds.

Is there parking?

Yes, there are three dedicated spots, first come first serve, in the parking lot on the corner of Bishop St. and Stevens Ave. directly across from The Photo Kitchen. There is also 15 minute parking available along the street for unloading. After hours, the 15 minute parking is free. There is additional free parking along Bishop Street.

How large is the space?

The studio is 2,000 sq ft featuring a full wall of windows and original hardwood floors.

Can I rent additional equipment or props?

Props and surfaces are available for a flat fee of $100 for props and $100 for surfaces. Members receive 50% off these rates.

Can I rent just the kitchen?

Yes, the kitchen can be rented for cooking demonstrations, filming, photo shoots, etc.

Will someone be onsite during my rental period?

Yes, Lauren or Krystina will be available to give you access to the space and will be on set to help if needed.

How many people are allowed on site?

Up to 50 people are allowed in the space, however, please let us know if you plan to have more than three.

Is it ADA accessible?

Yes, there is a ramp leading to our side entrance as well as an ADA accessible bathroom.

What are the restrictions?

There is no smoking allowed on site. Please no pets. Children are allowed if under supervision of a guardian.
